Advanced Comfort Control, Inc. started in 2006 when Bill Harkness set out to build something the region genuinely needed: a local HVAC company with real skills, honest pricing, and a long-term stake in the community. Bill wasn't coming in from outside. He lives here, works here, and knew that doing right by customers meant doing right by neighbors.

Over the years, the business grew into a true family operation. Today, Advanced Comfort Control is owned and run by Bill, Crystal, and their three sons, Colby, Orrin, and Destry.
